They have always responded quickly to any contact from me, been polite and courteous at all times, arrived when they said they would and carried out the work in a professional, timely and tidy manner.   Just had 2 doors fitted, (2nd time I have used DGMS) and absolutely love them. The whole process from first speaking to Joe and Beth through to measuring up and fitting was flawless.
  Both the door fitters showed up before their start time … More and worked so well together as a team. Their care in removing the existing doors and the attention to detail in fitting the new doors was something to note (e.g. the use of masking tape when applying mastic).

  We had previously had DGMS do some small remedial work for us and were impressed so contacted them as we needed our windows and a door replaced. The end-to-end service was outstanding. Starting with the initial assessment of what we needed, … More we were given great advice and offered a good range of windows styles. Having made our selection and placed our order we were kept well informed of the progress and offered fitting dates to suit our availability. The fitting itself could not have gone better. The two gentlemen who fitted the windows were excellent, making sure that everything was done properly and with minimal disruption or mess. The fitting itself took three days during which we would hardly have noticed that the work was going on. We have internal shutters on all our windows and great care was taken, by the fitters, to fit the new windows around the shutters. When an issue arose, we were quickly informed and a solution found almost immediately.
  We would not hesitate to recommend DGMS as they were all thoroughly professional from start to finish.
  We have since had comments from others remarking how good the new windows look.
